Refund/Transfer Policy

Our policy is a Transfer Policy.  If you are unable to attend or use your purchased Ticket to any of our events, you may Transfer that Ticket to another individual.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your Transfer, we require a written request with the name and email address of whom you wish to Transfer your ticket, with receipt or proof of purchase, by contacting us at [email protected] or mailing us at: Heidi’s Health Kitchen, P.O. Box 232, Babylon, NY 11702.

Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the successful transfer of your purchase.
